Piè di Colle
Full and brilliant ruby red. Clean and decisive in the perfumes, violet, cherries in alcohol, slightly sweet closure of tobacco with pleasant notes of vanilla. In the mouth it has a good body, tasty and the acidity is still evident. The tannin dries the palate with elegance. The closure is very clean. To be proposed with main courses of good structure.
