Piè di Colle
Full and brilliant ruby red. Clean and decisive in the perfumes, violet, cherries in alcohol, slightly sweet closure of tobacco with pleasant notes of vanilla. In the mouth it has a good body, tasty and the acidity is still evident. The tannin dries the palate with elegance. The closure is very clean. To be proposed with main courses of good structure.

Sellaio features
Young and fresh but elegant wine, with a bright straw colour. The nose has intense floral hints of acacia and gooseberry (white flowers) which are accompanied by the classic fruity notes of apricot, peach and citrus peel. Pleasant for an aperitif, it is round and full-bodied on the palate, excellent to accompany, as well as fish dishes, appetizers with cold cuts and cheeses and traditional Tuscan first courses.

Solajo features
Brilliant rosé wine, with good consistency, aromas of fresh flowers and ripe red fruit rise with vigorous intensity, with a light mineral note in the finish. The taste is immediately soft and warm, the fresh and savory note prolongs a pleasant and intense finish. Excellent as an aperitif, or combined with cheese and cured meat dishes.
